JAKARTA – PT Wiranusa Grahatama (WG) will initiate the construction of an apartment and office tower in Gatot Subroto, Jakarta, in 2023. This buiding will be erected around the area of Pearl Garden Resort Apartment, which covered an area of 3.2 hectares (Ha).
Yani Alifen, President Director of PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk (UNIC), WG’s parent company, claimed that this plan is currently being aligned with the government’s regulation. “The plan is to initiate the construction in 2023, and it will be thoroughly completed within four to five years,” he stated during the virtual public expose in Jakarta earlier today (21/12).
The company is reviewing the estimated investment value needed for this project. The money will be taken out of its internal funds, combined with bank loans and apartment sales. “On top of our own capital, we also rely on bank loans and sales,” Alifen added.
Alifen also said that the concept for this apartment and office building will be designed as efficient as possible. “The design of the building is currently under progress,” he said. (LK/ZH)
