TOPS secured IDR 1.3 trillion of new contracts in H2 2022

JAKARTA – PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS) obtained new contracts worth IDR 1.3 trillion in total in this second half of 2022. It proliferated 331.33% from approximately IDR 303 billion seen in last year.

Salomo Sihombing, Vice President Director of TOPS, claimed that these new contracts were obtained from different regions. “The new contracts that have been secured this year will motivate the company to enhance its performance next year,” he said in the press release quoted Wednesday (21/12).

Several projects of TOPS in Greater Jakarta Area include Sky House Alam Sutera, and Soll Marina Hotel and Office Alam Sutera in South Tangerang, as well as the Ball Room of MNC Center in Jakarta.

Along with these contracts, TOPS reported scoring IDR 562 billion of revenue and IDR 1.13 billion of profit in the third quarter of 2022. Each grew 25% and 58% from the numbers seen in the same period last year.

In 2023, the company is optimistic about attaining new and better contracts. Several strategies have been laid out to achieve this goal, including diversifying business, participating in projects in the Capital City of Nusantara (IKN) through public-private partnership, and forming relationship with business partners to reinforce its performance.
