Issuing bonds, Pos Indonesia seeks IDR 500 billion of fresh funds

JAKARTA. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), a state-owned postal service, has reportedly issued its Bonds I of Pos Indonesia Year 2022 with a principal of IDR 500 billion.

Said bonds have been registered to a collective custody of the Indonesian Central Security Depository (KSEI) for upcoming public offering, which has been scheduled to take place from December 22 to 23, 2022. The electronic distribution of bonds will follow on December 28, 2022, while the listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) will tie up the process on December 29, 2022.

The bonds offered by Pos Indonesia are offered in two series. Series A has a principal of IDR 100 billion, while series B's is IDR 400 billion. The coupon attached to series A bonds is 10.90% per annum, while the coupon set for series B bonds is 11.75% per annum.

According to IDNFinancials data, Pos Indonesia recorded total assets of IDR 9.69 trillion and total equity of IDR 5.59 trillion in 2021. (KR/ZH)
