Foreign trade is quiet; net foreign volume is only minus 120 million shares

JAKARTA - On Wednesday, December 21, trading transactions involving foreign investors were quiet. The purchase volume was 1.72 billion, while the sales volume was more than 1.84 billion. As a result, the total foreign net volume was only minus 120,649,000 shares this time. Just like the previous day, the net volume of GOTO shares was actually lower than the daily net volume. Foreign investors sold a total of 863.65 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), resulting in a negative net volume of 172.52 million shares.

With 44.94 million MTEL shares sold by outside investors, PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL) ranks second on the top sell list. Following that, PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) issued 25.97 million shares, followed by 35.68 million shares of PT Wulandari Bangun Laksana Tbk (BSBK). There were also 24.05 million shares of PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) that were sold by foreigners.

PT Panin Financial Tbk (PNLF) leads the list of shares in high demand by foreign investors, with a purchase volume of 71.18 million and a net volume of 65.92 million shares. Overseas buyers also bought 46.16 million shares of PT Wir Asia Tbk (WIRG), 40.68 million shares of PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), and 35.78 million shares of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL). Finally, overseas investors purchased 33.80 million shares of PT Gaya Abadi Perfect Tbk (SLIS). (KD)
