JAKARTA - GOTO stock transactions continued to dominate foreign investor trading on Friday, December 23. There were 1,030,504,500 shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk among the 1.97 billion shares released by foreigners. On the other hand, GOTO contributed 385.95 million shares out of a total of 1.22 billion purchased by foreign investors. As a result, the total foreign net volume was minus 744 million this time, with GOTO shares accounting for 644 million shares of that total.

Aside from GOTO, the other shares that made the top-selling list were sold in moderate quantities. Minimarket issuer PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT) had the second-highest sales, with a volume of 48.79 million and a net volume of minus 46.67 million. Following that, foreign investors sold 51.25 million shares of PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO), resulting in a net volume of -37.24 million. Foreigners then let go of 31.41 million shares of PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL) and 40.55 million shares of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI). The net volume of MTEL and BBRI shares was around minus 20 million shares.

Foreign investment, on the other hand, does not appear to be significant. Foreigners earned the most shares from PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA), with 32.84 million shares, and PT Wulandari Bangun Laksana Tbk (BSBK), with 45.16 million shares. These two issuers also had the highest net volume, with 29.92 million and 28.16 million shares, respectively. Foreign investors were also seen purchasing 33.20 million shares of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), 18.19 million shares of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), and 10.36 million shares of PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS).
