Bank Niaga collect 8.96% of delisted shares
JAKARTA. PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) purchases 8.96% of shares of PT Inovisi Infracom Tbk (INVS), which has been delisted off the stock exchange since 2017.
BNGA’s recent involvement in INVS was revealed in an official announcement from Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI). It is included in the report of over 5% security ownership by public investors, which was issued on Sunday (29/1).
Bank Niaga reportedly took over said percentage from PT Green Pine. As a result, Green Pine’s portion in INVS is down 8.96% from 1,683,050,214 shares to 788,050,214 shares. However, the shares purchasing price is not publicly disclosed.
INVS has been delisted forcefully from Indonesia Stock Exchange since October 23, 2017, due to several ongoing issues, including taxation, financial report submission, and other obligations to the stock exchange itself. (AM/ZH)
