JAKARTA - At the end of February, the technology firm PT Lini Imaji Kreasi Ekosistem Tbk (FUTR) was officially listed on the stock exchange. PT Solusi Teknologi Tepat immediately purchased 389,900,000 FUTR shares on Friday, February 24, giving this investor direct control over more than 6% of the company.

Furthermore, PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk purchased a significant number of 527,550,816 shares of PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (MSIN), increasing its stake from 8.92% to 12.93%. By purchasing 259,078,000 shares of PT Arkadia Digital Media Tbk (DIGI), PT Harvest Capital International also increased its influence over the company. Harvest Capital's ownership then jumped from 14.78% to 30.73%. In addition, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk also seems to be consistently making buybacks of 5 million shares, while Citibank Singapore S/A Government of Singapore has added 2,502,200 shares of PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL) to its portfolio.

Meanwhile, the Deputy Attorney General on Special Criminal Affairs at the Attorney General's Office of Indonesia sold 6,610,000 shares of property issuer PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk (SATU). Then, sale transactions for two issuers were carried out simultaneously by a foreign investor, UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd. The investor first sold 230.10 million shares of PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO), then 3.63 million shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP). GOTO Peopleverse Fund also sold 51.27 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), while Morgan Stanley and Co International Plc sold 149,000 shares of PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM). (KD)
