JAKARTA - PT Grahaprima Sukses Mandiri/Graha Trans Tbk (GTRA) will add 38 trucks to its fleet to support operations. The source of the funds came from the initial public offering (IPO) proceeds which took place yesterday (21-28/3).

In the brief prospectus quoted on Wednesday (29/3), the funds allocated to purchase the trucks amounted to IDR 36.82 billion. The plan to purchase the trucks will be implemented in early May 2023 or a month after the initial public listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on (30/3).

The types of trucks to be purchased include 30 units of Hino type FL 260 JW and 8 units of Hino Type 136 MDL. The seller is PT Daya Guna Motor Indonesia (DGMI), a party that is not affiliated with the company.

It is known that Graha Trans is aiming for IDR 56.83 billion via an offering of 378.87 million shares with an exercise price of IDR 150 per share. In addition to buying trucks, the remaining IDR 20 billion from the IPO proceeds will be used for working capital. (LK/LM)
