JAKARTA. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR) will distribute cash dividends of IDR 1 trillion, which will come from net profit for the 2022 fiscal year.

The plan is in accordance with the decision of BJBR's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), which was held on Tuesday (4/4) yesterday. At the meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 49.47% of net profit for the 2022 financial year as cash dividends.

BJBR has not yet announced the cash dividend distribution mechanism. However, each holder of 1 share of the company will receive a dividend of IDR 104.55.

The remainder of the company's net profit of IDR 1.12 trillion is designated as retained earnings.

According to idnfinancials.com data, the cash dividend distributed by BJBR this time is the largest in the last 4 years. In the 2021 financial year, the company will distribute cash dividends of IDR 95.74 per share. Then in the 2020 fiscal year it was IDR 94.02 per share, 2019 it was IDR 89.4 per share, and 2018 it was IDR 90.3 per share. (KR/LM)
