JAKARTA. PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) reveals its plan to channel out final dividend of IDR 901.36 billion taken out of its net profit gained in the fiscal year 2022.

Adam Gifari, Vice President Director of TOWR, confirmed that this plan aligns with the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting, in which the shareholders collectively agreed to allocate 34.9% of the net profit in 2022 as cash dividend.

The final dividend will be given out to TOWR’s shareholders whose names have been listed as official shareholders by the recording date on May 17, 2023. Then, the final dividend will be disbursed on May 31, 2023.

For the record, TOWR had also channelled out interim dividend of IDR 298.79 billion or equal to IDR 6 per share last December.

Therefore, the total cash dividend distributed by TOWR clocked up to IDR 1.2 trillion or IDR 24.1 per share.

According to IDNFinancials data, TOWR booked net profit of IDR 3.44 trillion in 2022. It also still had IDR 14.63 trillion of retained earnings in possession, while its equity was recorded at IDR 14.43 trillion. (KR/ZH)
