JAKARTA - More than one billion shares of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk (CAMP), a producer of ice cream, were exchanged on Wednesday, July 24. Samudera Prawiradjaja handed up these shares to Sabana Prawira Widjaja, the controller of CAMP. Additionally, Sabana increased its control, going from 42.94% to 59.94%. Conversely, Samudera lost 17% of its influence, leaving it at just 24%. It is noted that PT Shinhan Sekuritas Indonesia led the two investors' transactions.

Moreover, PT Dwimuria Investama Andalan acquired 300 million shares in the telecommunications tower management company PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), and PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk invested 20 million shares in the construction company PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG). PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala purchased an extra 3,74 million shares in PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), its financial sector subsidiary, while PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) continued to purchase its own shares, up to 7.5 million shares this time.

Concurrently, PT Fersindo Nusa Jaya divested over 177.87 million shares of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI), an integrated energy infrastructure company. Furthermore, through three distinct securities companies, Fersindo also released an additional 12.34 million shares of PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (ITMA), a company that provides energy consulting services and mining. Next, 21 million shares of PT Soraya Berjaya Indonesia Tbk (SPRE), a manufacturer of bedroom equipment, were sold by individual investor Witjaksono. Ultimately, 9,43 million shares of PT FAP Agri Tbk (FAPA), a producer of palm oil, were sold by a foreign investor who held a majority stake, named Prinsep Management Limited.
