JAKARTA - PT Sinergi Multi Lestarindo Tbk (SMLE) has secured a facility of IDR 43 billion in order to boost its capital expenditure (capex).

Arry Wahyu Riansyah, Corporate Secretary of SMIL, confirmed that the company has signed an amendment and restatement of credit agreement directly from BTPN last week (12/9).

The credit facilities consist of Overdraft Facility of IDR 14 billion due April 25, 2024; loan on note - account payable financing of USD 20 billion due maximum of 6 months after the last withdrawal; and loan on certificate financing of IDR 9 billion due March 31, 2028. The latter is provided in relation to the loan transfer from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN).

In 2024, the issuer allocated capex of IDR 350 billion in order to attain revenue target of IDR 420 billion and net profit target of IDR 100 billion. As of Q1 2024, its revenue hit IDR 97 billion, with net profit reaching IDR 27 billion. (LK/ZH)
