Trimegah Sekuritas purchases 1.22 billion Energi Mega Persada (ENRG) shares

The securities company PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk acquired up to 1,225,000,000 shares of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) on Thursday, February 15. Trimegah Sekuritas saw an increase in share percentage from 7.86% to 12.8% as a result of this outstanding number of shares, which equates to 4.94% ownership. However, PT Bakrie Kalila Investment sold the same amount of shares, resulting in a decrease in its ownership from 40.61% to 35.67% of this issuer of oil and gas exploration and trading.
