MIDI’s shareholders agreed on two scheduled corporate actions

The shareholders have given their approval for two upcoming corporate actions of PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (MIDI), a stock split and a rights issue.
The net foreign opens positive in February with 422 million shares

The performance of foreign trade on Wednesday, February 1, was quite optimistic, as it closed positively with 422,191,300 shares. Foreign investors purchased 2.35 billion shares, while the volume sold was not even 2 billion, roughly 1.92 billion shares. PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares were once again the ones with the most foreign purchases, 656.57 million, as well as the highest net volume, 268.06 million shares.
Foreign trade volume was stable; January’s net foreign was closed at negative 358 million shares

Tuesday, January 31, was the last exchange day of the month, with a total net foreign deficit of 358,475,500 shares. The volume of daily foreign transactions is fairly consistent, with 2.53 billion shares purchased and 2.60 billion shares sold, for a net volume of 69,494,000 shares. PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) shares were purchased by foreign investors in the highest volume, namely 308.03 million shares
