Boy Thohir acquired 1.5 billion shares of Provident Investment (PALM) through right issue

On Wednesday, March 27, businessman Garibaldi Thohir added approximately 1.53 billion shares of investment firm PT Provident Investasi Bersama Tbk (PALM) into his portfolio. This investment issuer held a right issue offering to pay off debts owed to the investor, who is frequently referred to as Boy Thohir. Previously, Boy owned approximately 6.61% of the shares, but this addition of shares facilitated by PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk increased his ownership to 16.14%.
