On Friday, February 16, PT Kreasi Jasa Persada acquired 342,925,700 shares of PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) through PT Henan Putihrai Sekuritas, resulting in 34% stakes in the mining and oil and gas infrastructure. However, PT Caraka Reksa Optima, PTRO's previous controlling shareholder, actually sold the same number of shares, reducing its ownership from 68.9% to 34.9%.

Foreign net volume on Tuesday, February 13, hit another surplus of approximately 1.03 billion shares, as it had done in prior days. The foreign buying volume was 2.76 billion shares, while the foreign selling volume was 1.73 billion shares. Shares of the digital enterprise PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) were still the most popular among foreign investors, with 696.32 million shares and a net volume of 231.71 million shares.

On Wednesday, February 7, several foreign investors released PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares in exceptional quantities. Around 16.2 billion GOTO shares were sold by Chinese e-commerce platform Taobao China Holding Limited, which retained a 7.37% ownership stake. After that, SVF GT Subco (Singapore) Pte Ltd. sold 2.91 million shares, and GOTO Peopleverse Fund released 34.22 million GOTO shares.

On Tuesday, January 30, PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) made a fresh investment in PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN). MEDC then purchased 15.16 billion shares of AMMN, gaining 20.92% ownership of the gold and copper mining corporation. Aside from that, Six Sis Ltd. invested 434.51 million new shares in PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), a coal mining contractor services company with a final ownership percentage of 5.04%.
