The stock market was flooded with fantastic foreign transactions by the end of November. On Wednesday (30/11), three issuers, namely BUMI, BUKA, and BIPI, marketed more than 1 billion shares to foreign investors. PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) shares were the best-selling in foreign trading, with 1.78 billion shares purchased, followed by PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) with 1.37 billion and PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) with 1.2 billion.

After being positive for a few days, foreign net volume was down again by 72.9 million shares on Friday (November 25). The total foreign purchases and sales also seemed to fall, as they were both under 1.5 billion. Of the top-sell list, PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) shares suffered the worst losses this time. Foreigners reportedly sold 103.98 million shares of this e-commerce issuer, bringing the net volume to minus 47.46 million.

On Wednesday (16/11), the net foreign volume fell below negative 160 million shares. The high volume of foreign sales was caused by foreigners selling nearly 130 million shares of a major banking issuer, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), making the net volume negative 71 million shares. Due to the sales of 140 million BBRI shares and 113 million TLKM shares by foreign investors, two SOEs—Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Telkom—followed this figure.
