KB Valbury Sekuritas purchased 1.67 billion shares of Widodo Makmur Perkasa (WMPP)

On Thursday, March 28, PT KB Valbury Sekuritas made a new investment in the livestock holding company PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP). This investor now owns 5.69% of the shares after purchasing 1.67 billion WMPP shares. However, Tumiyana, the controlling investor in WMPP, now owns only approximately 31.97% of the stock after selling 315 million shares. Furthermore, share buying and selling also occurred at real estate developer PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA), with PT. Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk acquiring 12.5 million MTLA shares from individual investor Magnus Jaya.
