Dampier Coal (Queensland) Pty Ltd completed the acquisition of 20% stake in Stanmore SMC Pty Ltd on Friday (7/10). The transaction value was agreed at US$ 380 million.

Through one of its indirect subsidiaries, Stanmore SMC Holdings, PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) has signed a syndicated loan agreement worth USD 625 million with several foreign financial institutions.
