JAKARTA - PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) will divest nine toll roads for two investors, who are currently in due diligence process.
Haris Gunawan, Director of Finance of PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) stated that the company had already obtained approval from shareholders (State Owned Enterprise/SOE) to conduct the divestment of nine toll roads. The toll roads such are Kanci-Pejagan toll road, Pejagan-Pemalang toll road, Pasuruan-Probolinggo toll road, Semarang-Batang toll road, Solo-Ngawi toll road, Ngawi Kertosono toll road, Trans Sumatera toll road (Waskita SRIM Sumatera), Medan Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi (MKTT) toll road PT Jasamarga Kualanamu (JMKT) dan Becakayu toll road.
According to him, five of nine toll roads have been in due diligence, as the company waits for the result. “We expect that there are four or five toll roads to be executed in this second semester,” said he. (LK/W)
