Media company PT Visi Media Asia Tbk (VIVA) plans offering stakes up to 20% of subsidiary PT Intermedia Capital, which controls terrestrial TV station ANTV, to support its business development.


Controlled by Bakrie Group, the media holding will still focus on the content of entertainment while consider possible development on its distribution, including synergy with social media Path. Earlier this year, Bakrie Group through Bakrie Ventura has injected $25 million to the social media founded by Dave Morin.


The media holding affiliated with Aburizal Bakrie, who is running for 2014 presidential election, operates national TV stations ANTV and TV One, as well as online news portal viva.co.id.


It expects 41% growth revenue to Rp1.3 trillion in 2013 on cost efficiency,


optimistic to reach better performance this year with broadcasting license on 2014 FIFA World Cup and election.
