JAKARTA Publicly listed, PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA) capex for 2015 will reach 4% to 5% out of total sales including the establishment of Foodmart Primo, Smartclub and Hypermarts expansion. According to Danny Kojongia, the corporate communication director of MPPA, so far the sales contributions are still based from Hypermart, Foodmart and BOSTON. Since Foodmart Primo and Smartclub are not operating yet, there are no sales contribution from both of them. The companys Hicard programme does not generate revenue as it is the customer relationship management unit (CRM); the companys strategy to maintain and attract the consumers. Smartclub is part of MPPAs businesses to support the existing business; Hypermart and Foodmart. Our first Smartclub location will be located in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tanggerang, Bekasi). Later on, we will expand to potential areas such as West Java, Central Java, East Java or maybe Sumatra, etc, he added. (KT)
