JAKARTA - PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI) has been aware to manage their balance regarding the weakening economy since mid 2015.
Director of Wholesale Banking of Permata, Anita Siswadi stated third party funds increased to Rp150.53 billion in the third quarter 2015 compared with same period 2014 an amounted Rp147.43 billion. “Deposits decreased to Rp88.82 billion in third quarter 2015 compared with the same period 2014 an amounted Rp95.51 billion,” she said in Sentul.
The third party funds are current account savings account (CASA) in the third quarter 2015 decreased to Rp50.48 billion compared with the same period 2014 an amounted Rp41.15 billion and syariah increased to Rp11.21 billion in the third quarter 2015 compared with the same period 2015 an amounted Rp10.72 billion.
Permata’s loans based on economic sectors include farming and forestry 4%, construction 4%, financials intermediaries 3%, transportation, warehouse, and communication 6%, mining and excavation 4%, real estate 6%, trade 23%, processing industry 27%, and individual credit 20%.
“You can see, there are no loan exposures of more than 30 % in each sector based on currency,” she said.
