JAKARTA - Management of retail group PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA) sets expansion plans in 2016.
According to Director of Public Relations and Communications MPPA Danny Kojongian, the company hopes to open up to 7 new Hypermart stores, 4 new Smart Club stores, 4 Foodmart stores and up to 15 new Boston and FMX stores.
“This is part of our working program for 2016. But we will match this with the situation that exists,” he told reporters at the company’s public expose in Jakarta, April 14, 2016.
The company plans to allocate four to five percent or around Rp690 billion from its total revenue of Rp13.9 trillion in 2015 to fund its captial expenditure this year.
