JAKARTA - Five projects are contributing to PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk (SMBR)’s sales volume noted as much as 93,627 tons in the first semester 2016. Those projects are located in Pekanbaru, Lampung, and Palembang.

President Director of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Pamudji Rahardjo said they have at least 50 projects in the 2016, but the largest contributions are coming from these five projects including Palembang’s Light Rail Transit. Altogther, the demand for cement has reached as much as 93,627 tons. “We still have a lot more, roughly around 50 projects,” he said in Jakarta.

He added, projects such as Light Rail Transit consumes as much as 41,095 tons, a project for Sinarmas Group uses 25,050 ton, OPI Project Mall in Jakabaring takes 16,639 tons, a hydro power plant in Way Semangka Lampung used 8,589 tons, and a road in Muara Enim using 2,254 tons.
