JAKARTA -  PT Rimo International Lestari Tbk (RIMO) sets the hotel segment business contributing as recurring income the company’s revenue. In third quarter 2017, the hotel and apartment segment is the largest contribution to the revenue.

Commissioner of PT Rimo International Lestari Tbk Pahala Silaban said the company will not have any corporate plan until the end of the year.  Hotel acquisition is one of the company's strategies to obtain recurring income and is expected to provide additional revenue contribution to the company estimated at 10 -15 billion per year,” he said in Jakarta.

Based on the disclosure of information on IDX, Rimo acquired 90% stake in PT Indo Putra Khatulistiwa as much as Rp 90 million. The acquisition was conducted through Rimo’s subsidiary called PT Matahari Pontianak Indah Mal.

PT Indo Putra Khatulistiwa, located in Pontianak, West Kalimantan is engaging in the hotel industry that has 137 rooms with a total asset of Rp 101,393,101,518 and total liabilities of Rp 100,031,627,649.

The company booked the total comprehensive income as much as Rp 123.75 billion during January-September 2017. This financial performance was much better compared with the same period 2016 noted the total comprehensive loss of Rp 2.04 billion. (LK)
