In connection with the significant cumulative price decline in the shares of PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (MEJA), in the context of cooling down as a form of protection for investors, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia considers it necessary to temporarily suspend the trading of shares of PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (MEJA) and Warrant Series I PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (MEJA-W) on 30 April 2025.

The temporary suspension of trading in shares of PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (MEJA) is carried out in Regular Market and Cash Market, while the temporary suspension of trading in Series I Warrants of PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (MEJA-W) is carried out in All Markets, with the aim of providing adequate time for market participants to consider carefully based on the information available in each investment decision making in the shares of PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (MEJA) and Series I Warrants of PT Harta Djaya Karya Tbk (MEJA-W).
