With reference to Exchange Announcement Peng-SPT-00069/BEI.WAS/04-2025 dated 30 April 2025 regarding the Suspension of PT Agro Bahari Nusantara Tbk (UDNG) Shares and based on the Exchange's assessment, it is hereby announced that the suspension of PT Agro Bahari Nusantara Tbk (UDNG) shares trading in Regular Market and Cash Market will be lifted starting from the first session on 16 May 2025.
