Referring to letter of PT. Sorini Agro Asia Corpindo Tbk (SGRO) dated August 12, 2016, which contains the Company's plan to become a private company and to be delisted from Indonesia Bourse, thus, Bourse decided to suspend its securities trading in the entire Market starting from the first trading session on 15th August until further notice.
