MESOP Conversion Phase I amounting 44,500 shares 
MESOP Conversion Phase II amounting 29,900 shares
Listing date November 9, 2016
Trading date November 9, 2016

Therefore, PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk  now has a total of 13,573,410,150 shares listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange, while the right of MESOP option that has not been converted for Phase I was 756,000 shares and the right of MESOP option that has not been converted for Phase II was 535,050 shares.
