Indonesia Exchange decided to remove the securities of PT Truba Alam Manunggal Engineering Tbk. from Indonesia Stock Exchange, which to be effective since September 12, 2018.

As the shares delisted, with the status of the Company, the Company has no longer obligation as a Listed Company, and Indonesia Stock Exchange will delete the name of the Company from the list of Listed Companies as their shares listed in the Exchange.

As if the company would like to be listed in Exchange again, the share listing process can be conducted referring to the applicable regulations. (W)
