The company submitted a plan to delisting off Indonesia Stock Exchange and to go private.

Based on this plan, the Exchange has decided to temporarily suspend the Company's securities trading in the entire market, which to be effective from the first trading session on July 17, 2019.

The Exchange asks to all interested parties to always pay attention to all information disclosed by PT Danayasa Arthatama Tbk.
