Related to the disclaimer opinion in the Company's Audited Financial Statements in 2018 and 2019, audited by KAP Morhan & Partners, in as the opinion base is a significant doubt regarding the going concern and to maintain regular, fair and efficient securities trading, Indonesia Exchange decided to extend the temporary suspension of securities trading of PT Cakra Mineral Tbk (CKRA) in all markets starting from the first trading session on Friday, June 26, 2020 until further notice.

Currently, the Exchange is in the process of further review of the Company. The Exchange asks to all interested parties to always pay attention to all information disclosed by the Company.
