JAKARTA - On 20 December 2018, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) and PT Danareksa signed a deed of sale and purchase of PT Danareksa Investment Management (DIM).
The investment management company was previously owned by Danareksa and is now partially owned by BRI.
Based on information disclosure on the IDX, BRI has acquired 35% of DIM's shares. Therefore, after the transaction, DIM ownership by Danareksa is at 65% and the remaining by BRI.
This transaction is expected to support BRI's aspirations to provide integrated financial services. (LM)
