Cleo purchases "Super O2" brands

JAKARTA - PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (CLEO), a food and beverage company, spent Rp 23.21 billion to purchase the equipment and several brand licenses from PT Triusaha Mitraraharja. This transaction is expected to improve the company's performance in 2019.

Lukas Setio Wongso Wong, Director of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (CLEO) said that the sale and purchase agreement was signed on 9 January 2019. "This transaction will support the company's market in 2019 and beyond," he said as quoted from the company's information disclosure.

The budget to buy machinery, including factory equipment, furniture, car, and information technology is Rp 22.50 billion, Rp 554 million for equipment goods, and Rp 157 million for several brand licenses. The brands purchased including ArquelDaylio, Super O2, Super O2 Superlife, Super O2 Super Your Life, SuperoSupero PI, Zorro, Zporto, and Super O1. (LK/AR)
