Garuda Indonesia officially opens cargo service center in Soreang, Bandung

JAKARTA - The national airline Garuda Indonesia, through its air cargo business line, has inaugurated the latest Cargo Service Center (CSC) in Soreang Bandung, precisely located on Jalan Terusan Alfathu, Ruko Balesakanca, Blok B 01, Soreang, Bandung.. The inauguration of the Soreang CSC is part of the corporate strategy in expanding the air cargo service distribution network by approaching the one stop service of air cargo to service users, especially in the West Java region.

Yesterday, (11/07) Garuda Indonesia Cargo inaugurates the Soreang Cargo Service Center (CSC) which is the 132nd CSC in Indonesia. Soreang CSC operates with the cooperation of Garuda Indonesia Cargo with Suryagita Nusaraya (SN) in the management of the CSC for Joint Operation (KSO).

Director of Cargo and Business Development Mohammad Iqbal, "With the opening of the Soreang CSO KSO, the people of Bandung can now enjoy the service of shipping goods by air, to all routes flown by Garuda Indonesia. Customers can send goods via CSC based on the pick-up point and desired delivery point, both using city to door, city to port, or door to door services. Whereas, for customers who prioritize shipping based on the speed of time, weight or type of commodity, can use Regular or Go Express services."

Through the expansion of the Soreang CSC service network, Garuda Indonesia Cargo targets 35 tons of cargo transportation per month with main handicraft commodities and cut flowers in the Soreang area of ​​Bandung. In addition, the opening of the Soreang CSC is also a form of Garuda Indonesia Cargo's support for the potential for the development of cargo shipments from coffee and livestock commodities which are the main livelihoods and commodities of the people in West Java.
