JAKARTA - PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) has succeeded in achieving land sales of 15.6 hectares or equal to Rp 261 billion. This achievement exceeds SSIA's land sales target in 2019 which is 15 hectares.
For information, the land sold is located in Suryacipta City of Industry, Karawang with a price range of US$ 119.7 / m2.
"Our land sales is driven by the improved economic climate of Indonesia after the election period. Indonesia's political conditions are relatively stable after the determination of the President's winner and the Government's macroeconomic policies that favor the progress of the business climate have been able to encourage the growth of investment realization and business growth in industrial estates. Therefore, the Company is optimistic that the Company's performance until the end of 2019 will be on target," said SSIA Head of Investor Relations Erlin Budiman in a release.
Erlin explained, one of the SSIA's strategies in the second semester of 2019 is to remain focused on the development of the Subang City of Industry Industrial Estate project. The company targets to acquire 160 hectares of Subang City of Industry this year and by the end of this first semester, the SSIA has added 60 hectares of land. (LM)
