PP Properti has only realized 25.63% of its marketing sales target this year

JAKARTA. As of August 2019, PT PP Properti Tbk. has only realized Rp 1.06 trillion or 25.63% of its marketing sales target of Rp 4.17 trillion this year.

Finance Director of PP Properti, Indaryanto, said that projects that contributed greatly to the company's marketing sales were Amarta View in Semarang, the Grand Shamaya project, Grand Sungkono, Grand Lagoon in Surabaya and Mazhoji in Jakarta.

With an achievement of Rp1.06 trillion, PPRO must record Rp 3.11 trillion of pre-sales during the period of September-December 2019 to achieve its target this year. The target of Rp 4.17 trillion is 20% higher than last year's realization of Rp 3.48 trillion.

"Many consumers still wait and see, which affects marketing sales and it causes our marketing and revenue to decrease," he said as quoted by Bisnis, Thursday (26/9). (AM/AR)
