JAKARTA - PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) and Unilever Europe Business Center BV (UEBC) signed the Unilever Enterprise Technology Solution Service Agreement (ETS) which covers financial services and work facilities. The transaction value of this service is around 0.5% -1% of the company's total sales in Indonesia.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, the agreement covers nine services including, among others, financial business, human resources, information and analysis, information technology, supply, project management, information and other additional services.
UEBC is located at Weena 455,3013AL Rotterdam with a composition of directors including Nicholas Michael Dalton, Johanna Wilhelmina Faber, and Sarah Katherina Woodhouse. The two companies are affiliated because they are controlled by the same shareholder, Unilever NV.
In the first semester of 2019, Unilever recorded sales of Rp 21.45 trillion, higher from Rp 21.18 trillion recorded in the same period last year. (LK/AR)
