JAKARTA - PT Mora Telematika Indonesia obtained a loan facility worth Rp 856 billion from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI). Funds from this credit facility will be used as general operational funds to help the company's cash flow.
Quoted from the disclosure of company information, Jimmy Kadir, Deputy Director of PT Mora Telematics Indonesia, said this facility would add to the company's obligations. However, the additional obligations are still within the limits determined by PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA) and PT Bank Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) as bond trustees and ijarah sukuk trustees.
Referring to the first half of the 2019 Financial Statements, MORA recorded a bank debt of Rp 741.30 billion, an increase compared to December 2018 of Rp 549.50 billion. Bonds payable amounted to Rp 993.57 billion, up from Rp 992.30 billion. The company's total liabilities were recorded at IDR 8.13 trillion, up from IDR 7.56 trillion. (LK)
