JAKARTA. PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRCA) will buy back its shares with a maximum price of Rp 500.
The buyback was done because the price of the company's shares has fallen by 34.90% since the beginning of the year.
For the buyback, President Director of NRCA, Hadi Winarto stated through information disclosure on Wednesday (18/3) that the company will prepare a budget of as much as Rp 125 billion. The buyback itself will be conducted on 19 March to 19 June 2020.
The company will try to buyback 10% of its issued capital at the most, Hadi wrote. (AM/AR)
