JAKARTA - PT Suparma Tbk., a tissue paper manufacturer, recorded a net profit of Rp 131 billion in 2019, 59.31% higher than its record in 2018 of Rp 82.23 billion.
According to the company's financial report, the company's sales also rose by 5.23% to Rp2.51 trillion, from its position in the previous year of Rp 2.39 billion.
The growth in net profit was mainly caused by the company's foreign exchange gain (Rp 31.02 billion) and other income (Rp 5.49 billion). (ARM/AR)
