JAKARTA. PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA) obtained additional credit facility worth Rp 300 billion from PT Bank DKI valued, bringing the total credit facility obtained by the company from Bank DKI to Rp 600 billion.
Teuku Sahir Syahali, Director of PJAA, said that the credit facility will be used by the company to fund its operations.
Syahali added that the transaction was an affiliate transaction, since PJAA and Bank DKI have the same controlling shareholder, the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta. (KR/AR)
