JAKARTA - PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk (AISA) has scheduled the payment of debt interest after the agreement of Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU). The payments will be made starting from 11 August 2020 until 11 February 2030.
As quoted from the company's disclosure of information published on Monday (29/6), Ernest Alto, PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk (AISA) said that payment will be made with a cash sweep mechanism, according to the decision of homologation. "Payment will be made by the company to creditors no later than 5 working days after the date of verification of cash sweep," he said.
The cash sweep calculation is estimated to be done by 21 July 2020, and the cash sweep verification on 4 August. (LK/AR)
