JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Wisesa Realty's stake in PT Menteng Heritage Tbk (HRME) declined to 78.3216% after it sold some of its HRME shares. From the transaction, Wijaya's management obtained Rp 11.40 billion.
In the disclosure of company information published on Wednesday (1/7), Wesley Wijaya, Director of PT Wijaya Wisesa Realty said the sale was carried out last week (22/6) with the aim of investment realization. "The total number of our HMRE shares before the transaction was 4,766,990,000 shares. After the transaction, the number is 4,666,990,000 shares," he said.
On 9 June 2020, Wijaya's management also sold 33.5 million of HME shares at a price of Rp 175 per share. From the transaction, the company earned Rp 5.86 billion. (LK/AR)
