JAKARTA - PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (WINS) President Sugiman Layanto has raised his stake in the company by purchasing 600,000 shares in a transaction carried out on Monday (13/7). The amount is 0.014% of the company's total shares, which amount to 299,869,464.
In a stock exchange filing, WINS Director Nely Layanto said the transaction was an investment, in which the shares were purchased for Rp 54.60 million or Rp 91 per share. Following the transaction, Sugiman Layanto's ownership currently stands at 300,469,464 shares.
Previously, Mr Layanto owned a 7.067% stake in WINS. In addition, he is also the current Chairman of the Indonesian National Shipowners' Association (INSA). (LK/MS)
