JAKARTA - PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk (ASRM) will distribute bonus shares with a total value of Rp 35.10 billion to holders of 70,219,390 of its shares. Holders of 10 ASRM shares will get 3 bonus shares with a nominal value of Rp 500 per share.
As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Tuesday (4/8), Parlindungan Manurung, Corporate Secretary of PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk (ASRM) said that the bonus shares will be distributed starting from Thursday, 3 September 2020, "he said.
The decision to distribute bonus shares was approved by 86.03% of the attendees of the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) which took place last week. (LK/AR)
