JAKARTA. PT Pegadaian (Persero) issued bonds wth a total value of Rp 2.42 trillion and sukuk mudharabah with a total value of Rp 835 billion.
According to the information submitted to the Indonesian Central Securities Depository, the bonds issued are part of Pegadaian's Shelf Registration Bond IV program with a target of raising Rp 7.8 trillion. Meanwhile, the sukuk issued are part of Pegadaian Shelf Registration Sukuk Mudharabah I program, with a target of raising Rp 2.2 trillion.
Pegadaian offers the bonds in two series. Series A is offered with a total value of Rp 1.3 trillion, a fixed interest rate of 5.5% per year and a tenor of 370 calendar days. Meanwhile, series B is offered with a total value of Rp 1.13 trillion, a fixed interest rate of 6.45% per year, and a tenor of 3 years.
Meanwhile, the sukuk mudharabah are also offered in 2 series. Series A is offered with a total value of Rp 704 billion, a floating profit sharing rate, and a tenor of 370 calendar days. Series B is offered with a total value of Rp 131 billion, a floating profit sharing rate, and a tenor of 3 years.
The public offering period for the bonds and sukuk is on 16-17 September 2020. Pegadaian appointed 5 securities companies as underwriters; PT Bahana Sekuritas, PT BNI Sekuritas, PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and PT Indo Premier Sekuritas. (KR/AR)
