JCI opens weak in early trading

JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) opened weak in early trading today (9/9). At 09.33 WIB, the index was observed to fall by 30.98 points to 5,213.09.

The only sector that survived in early trading today is the property sector which grew 1.79%. The remaining nine sectors weakened and dragged JCI to the red zone.

As reported by Kontan, 241 stocks fell, 76 stocks rose and 111 stocks were stagnant. The total transaction volume reached 1.47 billion shares with a transaction value of Rp 867 billion. (LM)
