JAKARTA - PT Bank Bisnis Internasional Tbk (BBSI) will conduct a right issue by issuing 438,627,450 shares. This plan will be decided at the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 2 November 2020.
According to the company's disclosure published on Tuesday (22/9), the private placement is expected the company to raise more funds to increase lending to its customers.
BBSI made its debut on the stock market on 7 September 2020 by offering 394,764,700 shares at an exercise price of Rp480 per share. (LK/AR)
